Provesol SM-N is a soluble powdered soy extract obtained from white non-GMO soy flour (soy white flour) developed for use in formulations of products similar to dairy-based products and also recommended for the preparation of flans, sweets, candies, cakes, etc.

Protex PTS is an insoluble textured soy protein, which is subjected to a hot extrusion process that causes an alignment of vegetable fibers leaving it similar to meat fibers. This characteristic means that PTS can be used in several formulations, replacing totally or partially the amount of animal meat present. Protex PTS is a substitute for animal meat. Use: As a meat substitute in savory fillings, sausages, meatballs, hamburgers, soups and sauces.

The insoluble soy extract Profiber is a product that was developed to combine the functionalities of the fiber with the soy protein in the formulation of processed meat products (hamburger, mortadella, meatballs, etc). This combination of fiber with soy protein works like a sponge where the fiber absorbs water and the protein reacts with it, preventing it from becoming free water.

Provesol PSA is a 100% soluble extract obtained from the aqueous extraction of white non-GMO soy flour (soy white flour). It is used as a substitute for animal milk in formulations of 100% vegetable products with dairy characteristics.

Use:  bakery: Indicated to replace animal milk in the formulation of breads, biscuits, cakes and biscuits. Soup production: Indicated for use in the formulation of instant soups giving the final product in addition to protein enrichment adequate texture. Sauces and mayonnaise production.
