PROVESOL PC was developed to be applied to chocolates and candies as an alternative to skimmed animal milk. Its chemical composition, low in fat, and the characteristic of having a mild flavor promotes the substitution of milk without perception to the taste, obtaining a chocolate and / or candy free of lactose and 100% vegetable (depending on the other ingredients of the formulation). It is recommended to use PROVESOL PC in the proportion of 1-4% of the finished product. It is presented in a very fine powder, light yellow, easy to mix with the other ingredients of the formulation. It does not present a feeling of sand because it is the soluble fraction of soy. It can be used in conjunction with PROVESOL LC, in order to balance the protein content of the final product, as well as “soften” the final product due to the increase in fat from the combination of the two extracts.
