PROVESOL ES 60 is a protein product obtained by water extraction of the soluble components from defatted soybean white flakes, submitted to an adequate heat treatment in order to inactivate anti-nutritional and microbiological factors, and spray-dried, resulting a product with a powerful fat emulsification capacity. Presented as a finely powdered product, with high solubility and dispersion. It is free of chemical additives.
PROVESOL ES 60, due to its functional properties and protein efficiency, is indicated for application in products that is required the replacement of animal milk for a vegetal product. It is applied on many segments of food industries where your best application is on ice-cream industries because it has a very neutral taste and provides a very good stability. It gives the ice cream a greater overrun and greater resistance to defrosting.

PROVESOL ES 60 shall be stocked in its original package, on pallets in a dry and fresh place, free of insects and rodents. Keep the package closed in a correct way while it is not in use.
