ORIGIN AND CHARACTERISTICS

PROVESOL P30 is a proteic extract obtained by water emulsion of white soy flour, separating the soluble fraction and adding sugar, refined oil, maltodextrin and salt. The final product is spray-dried. PROVESOL P30 is presented as a fine yellowish powder, free of any chemical additive, lactose and gluten.

USE

PROVESOL P30 is indicated on beverage formulation and raw material for lactose and gluten free food. It is also used for naturalist markets.

PACKAGE

PROVESOL P30 is packed in a polyethylene bag inside a multi wall Kraft paper bag, with 30 kg net weight.

STORAGE

PROVESOL P30 should be stored in its original package, on pallets in a dry and fresh place, free of insects and rodents. Keep the package closed in a correct way while it is not in use.
