PROVESOL PS 60 is a protein product obtained by water extraction of the soluble components from defatted soybean white flour, submitted to an adequate heat treatment in order to inactivate anti-nutritional and microbiological factors, and spray-dried, resulting a product with a powerful fat emulsification capacity. Presented as a finely powdered product, with.high solubility and dispersity. It is free of chemical additives.
PROVESOL PS 60, due to its functional properties and protein efficiency, is indicated for application in formulation of functional drinks, shakes, energy bars, etc.
