ORIGIN AND CHARACTERISTICS
PROVESOL SM-N is a soy protein extract obtained by water emulsion of white soy flour (Non-GMO), with an adequate heat treatment in order to inactivate anti- nutritional factors. The soluble fraction is concentrated and spray-dried. SM-N is presented as a fine yellowish powder, free of additional ingredients and any chemical additive. The raw material used to produce SM-N (NON-GMO) has the NON-GMO CERTIFICATION (less than 0,1%).
PROVESOL SM-N is indicated for use in formulation of fermented soy yogurt, Tofu and non dairy desserts. Is a food complement replacing animal milk, for physiological (lactose) or religious (Kosher) restrictions. and any other food product free of lactose, casein and gluten.

PROVESOL SM-N is packed in a polyethylene bag inside a multi wall Kraft paper bag, with 25 kg net weight.
PROVESOL SM-N should be stored in its original package, on pallets in a dry and fresh place, free of insects and rodents. Keep the package closed in a correct way while it is not in use.
